Technology Upgrade: Call-24 Telephone Banking
From 6:00 pm (PDT) on Friday, June 7, through the morning of Tuesday, June 11, SMCU Call-24 Telephone Banking will be unavailable for use so that we can complete the Technology Upgrade.
During the upgrade, you will not be able to:
- Access Call-24
- Check your balances
- Make transfers or payments
- Change your personal information
After the upgrade is complete:
- Call-24 Telephone Banking will require new registration, which includes your member number and Social Security Number. Validation will require you to call from the primary phone number SMCU has on file and you will be prompted to set a new PIN once you are authenticated.
- The same functionality will be available but the menu items and numbers will change. Please review the new Call-24 Phone Tree (effective June 11, 2019).
