Moving your money from one institution to another is easy with Wire Transfers from San Mateo Credit Union. You can transfer funds into your SMCU account, or from your SMCU account to another institution, whether it's in California or elsewhere in the U.S. There's no fee for incoming transfers, and only a small fee for outgoing transfers.
Sending a wire transfer? You'll need this information about the receiving institution:
- 9-digit routing number (known as the ABA number)
- Institution name
- Branch address
- Phone number
- Name of account holder at receiving institution
- Account number of deposit account at receiving institution
- Type of account at receiving institution (savings, checking, money market)
Receiving a wire transfer? Provide this information to the sending institution:
