Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Our advisors will provide you with information on your accounts, and even help you apply for a loan right over the phone.
By choosing option 8 you can apply for a consumer loan and receive an approval 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.. Please note that loan officers at this option can not give account balances or make transfers. When a Member Services Advisor is not available, you can still access your accounts using SMCU OnLine or Call-24.
