If you get a survey from SMCU, please take it!

In order to better serve you and all of our members, SMCU regularly sends out surveys via email to gather your feedback. If you receive a survey, we encourage you to share your opinions on your experience as a member of the credit union. You can take the survey on your computer at home or on your smartphone.

You may receive a survey asking you about:

  • Your overall member experience
  • The experience you had joining the credit union if you’re a new member
  • A new account or loan you opened recently
  • Your use of online or mobile banking, or one of our ATMs
  • A call you made to our Member Contact Center

Please note: our surveys will often come from a company called Satmetrix – the email sent to you will look like the image to the right.
